Hydration is #1, you must stay hydrated, preferribly Water the day before, the day of, and the days to follow. Sugary drinks should be avoid as it is defeating the purpose of treatment ie: Alcohol, Soda, Carbonated drinks before and atleast 72 hours after a Treatment. Definitely would consider doing a workout after treatment to help increase results.
Adding daily exercise to help tighten the skin and to shed off any extra weight.
Eating a well-balanced healthy meal.
Fatty foods should also be avoided to limit your carb and sugar intake.
Side effects with Body Sculpting and Contouring may result in some of the following
1. Headaches
